Relays Wellness Challenge
The Relays Wellness Challenge at the Drake Road Races and the Grand Blue Mile presented by Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield is a great opportunity for organizations of all sizes to promote workplace wellness in an effort to pursue the shared mission of realizing a healthier Iowa. The Relays Wellness Challenge is an easy way to get your coworkers active and have fun!
The Relays Wellness Challenge is an incentive based wellness competition that is open to Iowa based employers where points are awarded based on participation in the Drake Road Races and the Grand Blue Mile. There is no cost to employers to enroll in the Challenge. Family members and dependents of employees are also invited to register for and represent their respective company.
Participating companies will compete in three categories:

| Large | 500+ |
| Medium | 51-500 |
| Small | 5-50 |
Points will be awarded based on participation and completion rather than finish time or individual place.

| Drake Road Races 5k | 2 |
| Grand Blue Mile | 2 |
| Volunteerism | 1 |
Final standings will be determined based on the number of total points earned, divided by the number of Central Iowa-based employees. The winning team in each division will enjoy bragging rights with in-stadium recognition during the Drake Relays and receive a traveling trophy for display. Teams will be awarded their trophy at a Drake University event.
